Recently, key equipment including the hydrogenation reactor, NPG distillation tower, incineration unit and formaldehyde unit for the PON Neopentyl Glycol Project in Indonesia, undertaken by CNCEC-WUHUAN as its EPC Contractor, has been successfully loaded and safely departed from Shanghai Port.
The project has innovatively adopted a framework bidding logistics model for the Indonesia region, entrusting a freight forwarder with shipping company background to carry out door-to-door transportation, which effectively reduces booking difficulties as well as the risk of cargo rollover. Meanwhile, the original transshipment plan has been replaced by a direct overland transportation scheme, further cutting overall logistics costs.
Successful shipment of this batch of equipment has pushed the project into the peak period of equipment delivery, laying a solid foundation for subsequent construction.
