Recently, WUHUAN has launched a mental health care program for its employees. As an important part of WUHUAN’s Employee Assistance Program, this endeavor aims to provide comprehensive mental health support for its employees. A third-party mental health consulting company has been entrusted by WUHUAN for such specific services as lectures on professional mental health knowledge, mental health assessments for individual employees, group counseling on mental health, a 24-hour mental health hotline, and an in-house employee mental health workshop. Through this program, WUHUAN intends to help employees alleviate work and workplace stress, support them in maintaining as much work-life balance as possible, and provide an effective channel to integrate employees’ well-being into its corporate management goals.
